How to catch a starfish

Starfish necklace in shades of pink
3D Starfish necklace

I love making 3D starfish necklaces. The color combinations are endless.

I saw my first live starfish in the 80’s at a beach in Santa Barbara, CA. I was walking along the shore and came upon tide pools brimming with starfish. I was fascinated with the amazing colors, textures, shapes and species. I’ve been intrigued with starfish ever since.

This necklace has 11 hand beaded 3D starfish. The center starfish is 2 inches, with the remaining starfish decreasing in size. Each starfish is embellished with a center crystal. The necklace is 17-1/2 and 19” long, due to two beaded toggle squares.
